Lighting The Way is a venture of Graeme and Ingrid Glenn. Apart from our passion for making environmentally friendly, fragrant soy candles, we are passionate about love, life and service to God and others.

Graeme is a highly qualified Electronics and Communications Engineer. In his previous employment he worked on and supervised a number of major communications projects for the Australian Defence Forces and received the Secretary's Award for Achievement.

Having stepped down from the high-pressured world of engineering, Graeme now owns and operates InfoComm Engineering, providing Point of Sale and IT Solutions to businesses and individuals. With his broad background in hardware, software, and systems engineering, Graeme is the "Mr Fixit" of the POS and IT world, so if you have a POS or IT problem you think can't be solved, give him a call!

Ingrid is a qualified Pastoral Counsellor, Nurse and Christian Minister with extensive experience in helping people from all walks of life.

Ingrid now offers Counselling Support and Prayer Ministry (if appropriate) in the Frankston area for individuals, couples and families for a wide variety of issues including anger, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addictions, relationship difficulties and parenting concerns. Together we also help facilitate groups for Ongoing Change, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping people make positive change for themselves and their families.

While the main reason people make initial contact us is to overcome their anger, it is the underlying causes that become the focus of change. Through involvement in a group, individuals begin to see their own life reflected in the stories of others, giving them the wisdom and courage necessary to heal.
