Why Light Soy Candles?
All our candles are made with envirosoy wax, the healthy alternative to paraffin. Candles made with envirosoy wax have unique benefits and characteristics:
- Soy Candles are all natural, non-toxic, biodegradable and environmentally friendly
- Our Soy Candles contain only lead-free cotton wicks which have been predipped in vegetable wax.
- Soy Wax burns cooler and slower than paraffin, increasing its burn time by up to 50%.
- Soy Candles emit so little soot that even asthmatics can use them safely.
- If tipped over, the cooler, liquid top of a Soy Candle will drown the flame, reducing the possibility of fire.
- Soy Candles are fragranced right through the Wax, so hold their scent to the very last burn.
- If cared for correctly, an unused Soy Candle will keep its fragrance for at least 2 years and as long as 4 years.
- Soy wax may appear crusty or marbled on the surface. This is normal and in no way affects its burn.
- Soy wax may appear to have "wet spots" caused by expansion and contraction of the wax due to temperature variations.
