We
do not as yet have our web shop up and running, but we hope to do
so in the near future. In the meantime, all our candle
fragrances, holders and accessories can be found via the menus.
If we don't have what you are looking for, please let us know! We may be able to source it from another supplier.
We make most of our candles to order, so we can accommodate most requests regarding wax colour and fragrance.
When you are ready to place an order, please phone or email us using the details on the Contact Us page.
Payment
All payments for orders must be made in advance. We accept all major Credit Cards, Direct Deposit Payments, Cheques and Cash. Please make cheques out to Ingrid Glenn. We will send the Direct Deposit details when confirming your order.
Delivery
As we make most of our candles to order, we usually deliver within 5 working days, although large orders may take a little longer. Should there be a delay we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
We ship anywhere in Australia, using Australia Post or TNT, depending on which is the most cost effective.
Delivery charges will be confirmed after you have placed your order.
Damaged Goods
We always package our candles with care, but should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately for further instructions.
Refills
If you live locally, you are welcome to bring any of your candle holders to us for refilling, including those you have bought elsewhere! Refill prices can be found under Soy Candle Holders.
