Soy Candle Colours
All candles are generally assigned a colour appropriate to their fragrance (see Fragrances & Essential Oils for examples), however we do accept special orders (eg. unscented, uncoloured or specific colours).
Small Round Mosaics and Frosted Votives come in a variety of colours which are generally matched to the colour and fragrance of the candle. Once again, we do accept special orders (eg. contrasting colours, specific colour container to go with uncoloured candle).

Soy Candle Prices
All prices are listed under Soy Candle Containers, as they are largely governed by the size of the candle container and the volume of wax used.
Note that Fragrant and Essential Oils are priced separately, as the cost of Essential Oil Blends is significantly more expensive than Fragrant Oil Blends.

Methods of Payment

Visa or Mastercard: we can process your credit card details over the phone. If ordering by email, please indicate that you wish to pay by credit card and provide a contact phone number.

Cheque: goods will be sent when funds are cleared

Direct Deposit: contact us for bank details - good will be sent when deposit is confirmed by our bank

COD: is only available for personal pick up, or hand delivery by us
Delivery & Charges
We can deliver by Australia Post or courier anywhere in Australia, or in person within the Melbourne Metropolitan and Mornington Peninsula Areas.
We will endeavour to supply all candle orders within 4-5 working days. However special or large orders may require additional manufacturing time. Should this be necessary we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
Delivery charges are at cost, and will be determined by the weight and dimensions of the total order. Currently we have no way of determining total delivery charges until we receive of your order, at which time we will calculate them and contact you.
We apologise for this inconvenience!
Once our web shop is functional, delivery charges will be readily available when placing your order.
Damaged Goods
Should any items in your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately for further instructions.
Soy Candle Container Refills
We will happily refill your returned containers, but please ensure that your containers are packaged securely as we cannot take responsibility for containers which are damaged in transit. If containers do arrive damaged, we will contact you to discuss your alternatives.
